FAQ

Yes the Photographer will travel.  Traveling expenses and accomodations are included in the investment from the client in advance.  The photographer will make all travel arrangements.

Photo sessions can take place in a formal studio or an informal space (on-location).  Sessions can also take place outdoors depending on weather.  There may be fees associated with the location we shoot in (studio, location permits, passes etc.) They are incorporated into the shoot fee as arrangements need to be confirmed (paid for) in advance of the photoshoot.

Yes, over the years i've worked with a number of very talented and accomplished Make-up and Hair Stylists.  Their service compensation matches their level of experience.  We can always discuss incorporating one of these fantastic, reliable professionals into the photo session.  PLEASE NOTE MAKEUP ARTIST IS NOT INCLUDED BY DEFAULT FOR EMERGENCY PHOTOSESSION (WITHIN 48HRS).  IF REQUIRED AND AVAILABLE, THAT FEE WOULD ALSO BE PROVIDED IN ADVANCE AND IS SEPARATE FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHY AMOUNT.

Bring a great attitude! and your clothing!  Depending on the length of the session you may be best off wearing your first outfit on your way to the shoot.  Please press or steam your garments to remove wrinkles and carry in a garment bag if possible. Shoes shined, sneakers cleaned if applicable.  Layout your outfits and all accessories you plan to wear for your shoot.  Then make sure to pack each outfit with all accessories.   Depending on the components of the chosen session, bring a cover-up, robe and or comfortable foot wear that is easy to slide on/off. Do you like music?  Preload your digital device with your favorite songs...enough to cover your session time.  Bring a beverage to stay hydrated.  Moisturizer, lotion, skin cream, oil.  If you are applying your own makeup then have your kit with you in case of a touch up, re application of lipstick/gloss etc.

Regardless of how short your session is, plan on being at least 30min earlier than start time.  If you have decided to do hair and makeup last minute maybe 45min would be a better time cushion.  Unfortunately, if you are late to your session you will have less time in front of the camera.

Of course we do our best to be safe, but occasionally accidents do happen.  You should be aware of the nearest hospital to where the session is happening.  You should also have one or two emergency contact numbers written down and easily accessible in case your phone is not operational.

Nature sometimes has a mind of its own.  No ones fault.  If we were already aware of the weather issue, we can work out a reschedule within the next 90 days that works for everyone.

As long as there is a minimum amount of space, your photographer can acquire a "studio look" regardless of your location.  If you want to "showcase" your home.....we can do that too! This works well for those who choose to stay home or if the star of the session has a mobility issue.
